About

I’m Snehal Kumar — a designer who likes turning complex systems into clear, usable products.

Story

I began in mechanical engineering, working with factory systems and operations at Coca-Cola — an environment where problems were physical, measurable, and unforgiving. That grounding in systems thinking never left me.

Industrial and universal design at NID Bangalore shifted my focus from machines to people — designing for accessibility, inclusion, and real-world context. From there I moved into UX and product design, working on enterprise client projects at Infosys, marketing automation products at HCL Software, and today, data integrity and catalog products at Precisely.

These days I'm most interested in the intersection of enterprise SaaS, data products, and AI — designing workflows where automation assists people without taking away their judgment or control.
